Expressionz Cafe and The School of Life are divisions of 1061067 Alberta Ltd - a Private Non-Profit Company, incorporated under the Companies Act (Part 9).

What that means is: Our objective is other than the acquisition of gain (promotion of art, science, religion, charity, etc.). All monies earned and received are reinvested back into the company to fulfill its’ goals and purpose. There is no dividend dance at year end - just the daily enjoyment of seeing a vision fulfilled.

A colorful history, a persistent vision, and a leap of faith led KARYN STIRLING to the unfolding of Expressionz Café, where she gratefully spends her time.

An Artiste herself, Expressionz was born of the desire to share ideas, experiences and dreams in a simple, intimate and joyful fashion that would inspire others to do the same.

Karyn presently writes and performs with musical troupe “ THE TIME FLIES! ” as well, appears as herself (an aspiring soloist) from time to time.  

A graduate of the Victoria School of Performing & Visual Arts, KRISTIN LOWERY, Karyn’s daughter, brings a youthful and energetic perspective to the table.

An established flutist and aspiring vocalist, Kristin has been an integral part of Expressionz Café/The School of Life since its’ inception.   Presently continuing with her education, Kristin also performs with Spanish fusion band “N semble”.

Our mission is to renew the sense of joy in living and positive interaction by providing an inspiring and organized space where people can exchange formal/informal education, enlightenment, art and entertainment.

THE VISION   

An intimate center where people come together to network, and to share their creative ideas and expressions in an inspiring, friendly and relaxed environment, that promotes originality, wellness and harmony.
