EXPRESSIONZ CAFE is literally a Cafe of Expressions; or as we like to call it – A Centre for the Eats & Arts!

The Cafe is the nucleus of the Centre and is open Tuesday thru Friday 10am - 5pm and Saturday 11am - 5pm.

We specialize in a healthy, home-style, Bistro-like menu with Tantalizing Soups & Salads, Exciting Sandwiches, Special Entree's and a great assortment of Beverages and Baked goods.

We are licensed for Special Events.

THE CLASSIC SANDWICH

YOUR CHOICE - $7.00
Roast Beef, Chicken Breast, Baked Ham (topped with lettuce & tomato), Tuna/Egg salad, Grilled Cheese (with optional tomatoes) or BLT. Served on ancient-grain bread. Add cheese (Cheddar, Mozzarella, or Swiss) $1.50

SPECIALTY SANDWICHES

QUESADILLAS - $8.50
Peppers, onions, tomatoes & cheese on whole-wheat tortillas.
Add chicken or ham $2.50

TUNA JULEP MELT - $8.50
A hint of mint jelly gives a sparkle to basic tuna salad mixture and fresh tomato slices on whole-grain rye. Grilled with Canadian Cheddar until toasty and golden.

PAN FRIED RUEBEN - $9.75
Special sauce on whole-grain rye, layered with thinly sliced corned beef, tangy sauerkraut and Swiss cheese. Grilled till it's all gooey and toasty.

CANADIAN CHICKEN CLUB - $9.75
Mmm maple bacon slices, roast chicken breast and sliced mozzarella served on ancient-grain bread over a tangy cranberry mayo. It’s all warmed in the oven before adding a colourful mixed green topping.

GREEK SALAD - $9.75
Chunky bites of peppers, red onion, tomatoes and cucumbers marinated in our Tangy Greek Dressing topped with Feta cheese & Kalamati olives and arranged over a mound of Spring Mix greens.  Served with ancient-grain toast.

ROASTED VEGETABLE SALAD - $10.50
Spring Mix greens with black beans & corn topped with warm oven-roasted veggies, tossed with a house dressing and served with tortilla chips. Add chicken $2.50ULIUS

CAESAR SALAD - $8.50
Crisp Romaine lettuce leaves tossed with real bacon and homemade croutons in our own Caesar Dressing. A light sprinkle of freshly grated Parmesan cheese and a wedge of lemon will make this a favourite. Served with ancient-grain toast. Add chicken $2.50

CHEF'S [2 protein] Mixed Salad - $9.50
Your choice of 2 toppings (as available): chicken, ham, grated cheese, sliced avocado, beef, sliced egg, or hummus. Served with mixed greens, vegetables & your choice of house croutons or ancient-grain toast.

Mixed Green Salad: spring mixed greens, peppers, cucumbers, green or red onion and tomato.

Cranberry Almond Green Salad: spring mixed greens, dried cranberries, toasted sliced almonds and sliced red onion with Sweet Chili Vinaigrette.
